A truck carrying about a dozen portable toilets overturned this Monday in the Maitenes area of Casablanca. The accident occurred on Route F-90, resulting in two injuries.

The crash took place at the Maitenes interchange, where the driver lost control of the heavy vehicle. The impact caused the cargo, which consisted of multiple portable toilet units, to overturn.

Emergency response

Firefighters arrived at the scene to assist with rescue efforts. Volunteers immediately provided aid to the two people injured in the impact.

After receiving initial medical attention on-site, the injured were transported by Emergency Medical Services (SAMU). Medical teams will conduct a full evaluation to determine the severity of their injuries.

Traffic authorities have not yet released details regarding the cause of the driver losing control of the truck. Investigations at the scene are expected to clarify the circumstances surrounding the accident.
