Finance Minister Jorge Quiroz has disclosed a significant personal estate featuring high-value real estate, luxury vehicles, and a shared interest in a motorboat, according to new filings on the InfoProbidad website.

The disclosure follows a similar release of assets from Foreign Minister Francisco Pérez Mackenna, which detailed an extensive car collection.

According to the official records, Quiroz owns a primary residence in Las Condes valued at $820.2 million CLP. The property was originally purchased in July 1997.

The economist's real estate portfolio also includes a property in Zapallar with a tax valuation of $357.3 million CLP and a second residence in Las Condes worth $204.1 million CLP.

Assets and liabilities

Beyond real estate, Quiroz declared ownership of two vehicles: a 2026 Mazda CX5 Sport valued at $26.8 million CLP and a Lexus ES 300H valued at $43.8 million CLP.

The filing also highlights a 50% stake in a Bayliner 185 BR motorboat named 'Plumam.' The vessel, manufactured in 2003, carries an estimated value of $12 million CLP.

Financial records show Quiroz carries a mortgage of over $673 million CLP with Scotiabank. He also reported a $625 million CLP fixed-term deposit at BICE bank.

Regarding his professional ties, the minister stated he ceased his partnership in the consultancy firm QA on January 5, shortly before assuming his cabinet position.

Additional savings include $399,000 CLP in an AFP Cuprum account and $236.5 million CLP in a voluntary pension savings plan (APV) through the same administrator. The disclosure also notes his membership in the Zapallar Tennis Club.
