Chilean singer Mon Laferte has released 'Nuestra Casa,' the official theme song for the upcoming Prime Video series 'The House of the Spirits.' The track was created exclusively for the first Spanish-language adaptation of Isabel Allende’s celebrated novel.

Prime Video will premiere the series on April 29. The streaming platform plans to release the eight-episode season in waves, dropping three episodes initially, followed by two on May 6, and the final three on May 13.

A multigenerational saga

The series follows 50 years of history centered on three generations of women: Clara, Blanca, and Alba. Set in a conservative South American nation, the plot navigates themes of class struggle, political upheaval, and magical realism.

Alfonso Herrera stars as Esteban Trueba, while Dolores Fonzi and Nicole Wallace portray different stages of Clara del Valle's life. The production features an expansive international cast, including Fernanda Castillo, Aline Kuppenheim, and Eduard Fernández.

Isabel Allende serves as an executive producer alongside Eva Longoria and a team of international producers. The series is led by showrunners Francisca Alegría, Fernanda Urrejola, and Andrés Wood.

'Nuestra Casa' is already available on digital streaming platforms as anticipation builds for the April premiere.
